Retailer gets details on new PS3 Slim model

Update: Now being listed on the Sony Japan website for ¥34,980.
A has posted details of a new revision for the PlayStation 3 which will see aesthetic as well as internal changes.
The CECH-3000B is an updated 320 gigabyte model and sees the weight of the console drop from 3kg to 2.6kg, as well as seeing textured sides, the removal of the LEDs and some changes to the power and eject buttons.
The power supply has also been downsized from a 230w spec to 200w, with the console set to ship as soon as the current model is sold out of stores, and there is no price drop mentioned although Ubisoft expect to see one to emerge this year.
