First in-game screenshots released for The Last of Us

The first in-game screenshots for Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us have emerged online, courtesy of GameInformer, showing lead characters Joel and Ellie in everyday situations as they traipse the lush post-apocalyptic world they know all too well.
Check the three shots below – more can be found in the upcoming March 2012 issue of GameInformer Magazine. The game itself is a PS3 exclusive, and is expected to release sometime towards the end of 2012, or early 2013.
