EA Games confirms September launch for FIFA 12

EA Games has today announced FIFA 12 will launch on September 27 in North America and September 30 across Europe.
The publisher confirmed the dates whilst announcing that the PC version of the game will run on the same Impact Engine used for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions, meaning an identical experience across all three platforms.
According to EA, the Impact Engine offers "an infinite variety of natural and believable outcomes in every contact" between players. It’s previously had its own dedicated trailer, and features in the latest FIFA 12 developer diary from EA Canada.
