A new report claims Microsoft is currently targeting to launch its new Xbox 360 update on November 25.
The update will bring a new look to the 360’s Dashboard and will add a number of new apps and features, which will be running on a modified version of Microsoft’s Silverlight development framework codenamed Lakeview, according to a source of GigaOM.
A number of new services will be added with the update including HBO Go, Comcast and Syfy for the US, and BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5 and LOVEFiLM in the UK – full list here. A video claimed to show the new Dashboard was also leaked last week, showing the inclusion of Bing and YouTube.
